into a technology licensing & partnership
agreement with The Messaging Architects, a
leading developer of solutions for Novell's
GroupWise. Under this agreement, CaminoSoft's
Managed Server will be integrated into
GWArchive, a comprehensive e-mail
archiving & retention compliance solution
developed specifically for GroupWise. The
five-year agreement gives The Messaging
Architects exclusivity for the sale of
CaminoSoft's Managed Server technology to
GroupWise users. CaminoSoft will receive
royalties based on a percentage of the total
sales of GWArchive product.
