APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF EUROPE-MIDDLE EAST-AFRICA

WIRE)--October 28, 2003-- CaminoSoft
Corp. CMSF,
a leading provider of Information Lifecycle
Management (ILM) solutions, announced today that
it has appointed Paul Phillips as director of
operations for its Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA)
region. Mr. Phillips, who will report directly
to Stephen Crosson, chief executive officer at
CaminoSoft, was formerly with United Digital, a
U.K. based developer and manufacturer of data
storage solutions, where he was director of
sales, marketing, and new product development.
Previously, Mr. Phillips was European director
of sales and marketing for MicroNet Technology,
a storage solutions provider. He brings over 14
years of experience in creating and managing
distribution channels in Europe, North America,
and South America.

CaminoSoft management team to expand our
presence in the EMEA region," said Mr. Crosson.

Mr. Crosson also noted that the Company has
augmented its inside sales management staff with
an international account manager who will be
responsible for supporting Mr. Phillips'
