WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif--August 14, 2007 -- CaminoSoft Corp. (OTC.BB:CMSF - News), today announced improved results for its fiscal third quarter ended June 30, 2007 --- reflecting strong OEM, technology and channel partner, and end-user customer demand for the company’s Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) software products.
For the fiscal third quarter, the company reported a net loss of $66,872, or less than $0.01 per share, compared with a net loss of $486,626, or $0.03 per share a year ago. Net sales for the same period climbed 93 percent to $694,561from $360,463 last year.
For the nine months, the company reported a net loss of $409,554, or $0.03 per share, compared with a net loss of $1,043,494, or $0.08 per share, a year earlier. Net sales for the same period jumped 28.4 percent to $1,734,045 from $1,350,687 in the same period a year ago.
The company anticipates fiscal year 2007 results will be consistent with the nine-month period ended June 30, represented by sales increases and further decreases in total operating expenses.
CaminoSoft continues to focus on increasing growth and enhancing shareholder value by capitalizing on its information life cycle management technology. At the same time, the company is currently pursuing potential transactions to enhance its existing and future business.
